She is a graduate of the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE University of Navarra; the Public Affairs Management Program (PDAP) at ICADE- Universidad Pontificia de Comillas; the ICLD; the Course on Leadership in Complexity taught by the CEDE Foundation; the Postgraduate Course in Global Corporate Communication taught by ESADE; the Master’s Degree in Tourism Management and Planning from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB); and the Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management from ESADE; in the Postgraduate in Global Corporate Communication taught by ESADE; in the Master in Tourism Management and Planning by the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB); and in the Master in Hospitality Management by Sheffield Hallam University; as well as Graduate in Tourism by the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB).

From 2017 until joining CEOE she was part of the Iberostar Group where she reached the position of corporate director of the Office of the CEO, Communication, and Institutional Relations.

Previously, since 2002, she was linked to hotel business organizations occupying different positions such as general secretary - Manager of the Associations of Playa de Palma (AHPP), Palma (ASHPAMA) and Agrupación de Cadenas Hoteleras (ACH). Subsequently, it was in 2010 when she joined the Hotel Federation of Mallorca where she has held the positions of Manager and vice president, being elected executive president in May 2015 position she developed until September 2017.

Between January 2007 and September 2008, she was linked to the public administration as Manager of the Urban Consortium of Playa de Palma.

She began her professional career in academia where she was director of the Tourism Research Laboratory of the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and director of the Leisure and Tourism Department of the Fundación Universidad Empresa.

Since January 2021 she is the director of Tourism, Culture and Sport, an incorporation that takes place simultaneously with the creation of the tourism, culture, and sport department of CEOE. In addition to the direction of the department, she is the secretary of the Tourism Council and of the Culture and Sports Commission of CEOE.
